CANCELLATION POLICY
At Young Women with Purpose, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure fairness and manage expectations for all participants and organizers, we have established the following cancellation policy for our retreats:
Full Refund: If you need to cancel your participation in the retreat, you can do so without any financial penalty 60+ days before the start date of the retreat. You will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 15-59 days of the retreat's start date are eligible for 50% of your payment to be transferred to a future retreat, and 50% payment will be forfeited. We recognize that circumstances can change, and this policy is designed to balance flexibility with the need for prior planning and organization.
Non-Refundable: Any cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat's commencement are non-refundable and full payment will be forfeited. At this late stage, most of the arrangements and expenses for the retreat are already committed, and it becomes challenging to accommodate changes.
Additional Information:
• To cancel, please notify us in writing by emailing hazel@youngwomenwithpurpose.com.au. The date on which the email is received will be used to determine the refund eligibility.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
• We recommend that you consider travel insurance that covers cancellation fees in case of unforeseen circumstances.
• In the unlikely event that Young Women with Purpose needs to cancel the retreat, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to a future retreat.
By signing up for our retreat, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
RELEASE & LIABILITY WAIVER
I do hereby release Young Women with Purpose and its subsidiaries, and any of the training instructors, speakers, or staff taking part in the retreat of and from all actions, claims, demands and damages arising from my participation in the Event.
I am responsible for conducting myself in an appropriate manner and I am fully responsible for any and all decisions I make in conjunction with the Event and I alone will determine which activities I will participate in. I further understand that I do not have to participate in any activity and I may withdraw myself from participation at any time. I agree I will use my own free will and discretion, considering my physical and mental health, when deciding if it is appropriate for me to participate in any activity. I assume the risk for any activities that I participate in at the Event.
The possession or use of illegal or illicit drugs at the Event is strictly prohibited.
I understand that Young Women with Purpose does not provide health, accident or life insurance protection for participants. I agree to be solely responsible for having my health, accident or life insurance protection and for the payment(s) related to any health issue or accident, medical or hospital care, including the cost of transportation by an emergency medical vehicle.
I hereby participate in any and all activities of my own free will and hereby forever release Young Women with Purpose of any damages that may be caused or induced from participation in any and all activities for the duration of the retreat.
